With locations in Chicago and Las Vegas, we can reach destinations cost effectively, and when the need arises prep/pack/ship in the same day the order is entered. There is no show too obscure, no booth too small. Structure’s expertise in managing small assets, multiple shows, quick turnarounds, freight scenarios, staging photos, and post-show inspection is unmatched. LARGE SCALE EXHIBIT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Our team at Structure is well-versed in managing extensive tradeshow programs that involve multiple business lines per brand. We believe in collaborating with our clients to determine each event’s best course of action. At the end of each year, we ask our clients to share their full tradeshow schedule for the upcoming calendar year. Client meetings confirm the details of each event and the assets needed. During the strategic planning phase, we review the clients’ assets to determine if they will be sufficient to cover all shows, or if rental exhibit materials will be necessary to supplement them.
Structure operates as a partner and an extension of our clients and we always strive to plan trade shows cost-efficiently. Graphics are often reused for events with the same brand or business line, and exhibits can be reconfigured using the same structural hardware, or with minor enhancements, to maximize ROI. Our team is mindful of logistics to optimize cost savings and streamline freight routes where possible.

COLD STORAGE

Our Cold Storage program refers to the storage of trade show materials, displays, booths, and other related items in our facility specifically designed to maintain a controlled temperature, typically cooler than room temperature. This type of storage is crucial for preserving the quality and condition of the exhibits, especially if they contain sensitive materials or electronics that can be damaged by heat or humidity.
When clients are uncertain about their next trade show schedule and need flexibility in accessing their exhibits, they can opt for cold storage facilities that offer on-demand or as-needed services.
Here’s how this arrangement typically works
- Flexible Contracts:
We offer flexible contracts that allow clients to store their trade show exhibits for varying durations without committing to long-term agreements. This flexibility enables clients to access their exhibits whenever they have upcoming trade shows or events without being tied down by fixed contracts. - Online Inventory Management:
Cold storage also provides online inventory management systems that allow clients to track and manage their exhibit inventory remotely. Through our online portal, clients can view their stored items, request access or retrieval, and even schedule deliveries to trade show venues as needed. - On-Demand Services:
Clients can typically request access to their stored exhibits on an as-needed basis. This means they can retrieve their materials from cold storage whenever they have a confirmed trade show or event, regardless of how far in advance they plan. Some facilities may offer expedited retrieval services for urgent requests. - Transportation/Onsite Assistance:
To further streamline the process, we offer transportation assistance to help clients move their exhibits to and from trade show venues.
